Seasonal Gathering

Event Overview

This July we set one long table beneath the trees at Maison GH—crystal glasses catching the evening light, lemons and herbs down the centre, and the soft hum of the forest all around. It was simple, generous, and very us: luxurious yet down-to-earth, guided by what the season gives.

This event has passed (and sold out), but the next Seasonal Gathering is on the horizon. Sign up to the newsletter to be first to know.

What to expect

  • Welcome apéritif in the late-day sun

  • A four-course menu built around our garden and local Périgord producers

  • Natural and low-intervention wine pairings

  • Unhurried pacing, small numbers, and candlelight as dusk falls

A taste of the menu

  • Garden tomatoes with herb oil, burrata & grilled sourdough

  • Charcoal-kissed trout with fennel, lemon & capers

  • Hand-rolled pasta with courgette, basil & pecorino

  • Stone-fruit tart with vanilla cream & verbena

(Menus change with the market and the garden.)

Good to know

  • Atmosphere: intimate and quietly celebratory—perfect for couples or close friends

  • Seats: limited to keep things peaceful

  • Location: Maison GH

  • Dietaries: we can accommodate with advance notice

What’s next

We’re planning the Autumn Harvest Gathering: deeper flavours, fire-side warmth, and wines to match. Dates are limited.
