1) Orders & Payments (Boutique)
Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
We accept major cards and Apple Pay/PayPal. Payment is taken at checkout.
Orders may be cancelled by us if an item is unavailable or mispriced; you’ll receive a full refund.
2) Shipping
Where we ship: France, EU & EEA, UK, Switzerland, USA/Canada.
Processing time: 1–3 business days (pre-orders ship on the stated date).
Delivery estimates:
France: 2–4 business days
EU/EEA: 3–7 business days
UK/Intl: 5–12 business days (customs may add time)
Costs: Calculated at checkout by weight/region. Free France shipping over €50.
Tracking: Provided for all parcels.
Customs & duties: For deliveries outside the EU, any import taxes/fees are the customer’s responsibility. We can’t declare lower values or mark parcels as gifts.
Delivery issues: If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, contact the carrier and us within 7 days so we can investigate.
3) Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)
We want you to love your purchase. For most unused items you can change your mind within 14 days of delivery (“right of withdrawal”).
How to return
Email hello@maison-gh.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll issue return instructions/RMA. Send items back within 14 days of approval, unused and in original packaging.
Once received and inspected, we refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Costs & refund amount
You pay return shipping (keep proof of postage).
If you chose an express shipping upgrade, that upgrade isn’t refunded. The standard outbound shipping is refunded as required.
Exchanges are treated as a new order after we receive your return.
Non-returnable items (unless faulty): perishable food, opened beauty/care, custom or made-to-order items, pierced jewellery, gift cards, and sale items marked “final sale”.
Faulty or damaged
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace or refund promptly.
Your purchase also benefits from the French/EU legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. We will repair, replace, or refund according to the law.
4) Events & Workshops
We keep numbers small for a peaceful experience.
Ticket policy
Sold Out: Sign yourself up to the mailing list—we often open extra dates.
Transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another person at any time (just email us their name).
Reschedule/Cancellations by you:
7+ days before the event: 100% credit to another date or event.
3–6 days before: 50% credit.
Under 72 hours / no-show: non-refundable.
If we can resell your spot from the waitlist, we’ll convert your ticket to a full credit less a €10 admin fee.
Cancellations/changes by us
We run rain or shine and may move an outdoor event indoors.
For safety (e.g., river conditions, severe weather, illness) we may reschedule; if you can’t make the new date you may choose full credit or a refund.
Health & safety
Please ensure you’re fit for the activity you book; disclose allergies or relevant health info in advance.
Wild swim/forest activities: you participate at your own risk and agree to follow guide instructions. Confident swimmers only for water activities.
Alcohol: served to 18+ only.
We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is a concern; in that case we’ll offer a credit or refund at our discretion.
5) Pool Day Passes (if offered)
Capacity is limited to preserve calm.
Passes are non-refundable once booked but are transferable to another person.
Weather: access continues in light weather; in severe conditions we may close and issue a credit.
No glass at the pool; children must be closely supervised; respect quiet hours and other guests.
6) Gift Cards & Vouchers
Valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
Redeemable for events and boutique items {and stays if you choose}.
Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Lost/stolen cards cannot be replaced.
7) Digital Content (if/when offered)
Download links are delivered by email.
By starting the download you consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. If you have not downloaded the file, contact us within 14 days for a refund.
8) Errors, Colours & Hand-Made Nature
Small variations in colour/patina are part of the charm of natural and hand-finished items. We do our best to represent them accurately; screen settings vary.
9) Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for injury caused by our negligence.

We only use your data to process your order, manage your booking and—if you opt in—send news. See our Privacy & Cookies page for details.
11) Changes
We may update these policies at any time. The version in force at the time of your order/booking applies.
